Refund Policy

Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel a lesson.

Please e-mail or call us if you must cancel, and take note of our Refund Policy (below).

We do not offer refunds on private lessons, semi-private lessons, or gift certificates.

A prepaid lesson may be transferred to another individual and must be used within 6 months of the original payment date.
A gift certificate may be transferred to another individual and must be used within the valid time period indicated on the certificate.
If the Wedding Dance Package cannot be completed, we will refund 50% of the unused portion. no refund will be given on the lessons completed as part of the package. Wedding Dance Packages cannot be transferred to another couple.

If you wish to pay for a lesson or lesson package online using PayPal, simply let us know when you book the lesson.

We accept cash or cheque payment. All payments are due at the beginning of the first lesson.

We provide receipts for all purchases.
